Your Career at Trilogy

New hires typically join Trilogy by entering Trilogy University(TU) as TUers. TU is our highly recognized 3 month boot camp that serves as an innovation lab for Trilogy. TU has three goals that are critical to Trilogy's future. First, driving innovation through you. You and your peers will generate new business ideas and direction for Trilogy. You will be part of small teams, working closely with your Section Leads and Joe Liemandt, our CEO, to explore new business ideas for Trilogy.

Second, you must grow as a software engineer. In working with your teammates under the guidance of your section leads, you will gain new skills that will augment your existing technical capabilities. You will learn other aspects of engineering such as good design, documentation, time management and testing allowing you to graduate from TU as an individual that can actively contribute to the creation of world class enterprise software.

Third, you will learn and experience the magic that makes Trilogy work - the passion of its people.

After TU, you will graduate into an account team of 4-10 developers. The account and your role on that account will be determined by matching your interests and skills to opportunities available throughout the organization. Your TU Section Lead, your new manager and you will work together to determine the actual assignment. In your new role, you will be required to leverage your mastery of computer science topics together with technologies that may be new to you such as Java, XML, and databases. The most exciting part of this process is that Trilogy takes the time to graduate you to a position that sets you up for success.
