Junior Trilogy University

The summer internship at Trilogy, Junior Trilogy University (jTU) offers a unique opportunity for students to master new technologies and work on a real-life Trilogy project as a full time member.

Learning during jTU is an active and interactive process under the guidance and supervision of a designated manager and mentor and the reward is an offer of full-time employment subject to successful completion of the project. jTUers (the name given to jTU participants) also get the opportunity to interact with and learn from the Trilogy leaders and executives in weekly meetings. Participation in jTU also requires that an intern learn about Trilogy's customers because at our core we are a customer-focused organization. By the end of the summer an intern will be creating and delivering real value – whether it is by developing new features, designing new products, or by making our existing products work even better than they work today.

While jTU is a lot of work, it is also a lot of fun. During the week, jTUers have team lunches and also get to participate in sporting events, social activities, and team-building events.

The number of interns required and the campuses chosen are identified by June every year and the selection process for all interns includes a subjective technical written test and two rounds of technical interviews.
