tracks career interest and development on an ongoing
basis and the process is facilitated through a Talent
Development workshop.The workshop focuses on how to
actively manage one’s own job related passions,
career orientation and development.
At Trilogy, career advisors
are chosen based on their expertise and experience and
are responsible for an individual’s career growth
and ensuring that the individual's work is aligned to
his career interest and orientation.
It is likely for an individual
to shift projects from time to time and therefor he
could have different managers. During these phases,
career advisors (who are constant)
take the responsibility of individual career growths
