Talent Development is the process by which it is ensured that one’s career interest is in alignment with one's own passion.

The philosophy behind Talent Development is that some people associate career progression only with promotion, whereas others prefer to develop in their current position or seek career growth through lateral moves. Regardless of one’s preference, Trilogy believes that acquiring new knowledge, skills and abilities to improve performance is the key to ongoing development.

A designated Career Advisor tracks career interest and development on an ongoing basis and the process is facilitated through a Talent Development workshop.The workshop focuses on how to actively manage one’s own job related passions, career orientation and development.

At Trilogy, career advisors are chosen based on their expertise and experience and are responsible for an individual’s career growth and ensuring that the individual's work is aligned to his career interest and orientation.
